These Terms govern your use of VulnLogic, operated by 3 Orbit Solutions Sdn. Bhd. By using VulnLogic, you agree to these Terms.
You must only scan systems you own or have explicit written authorization to test. Running scans against systems you don't own or lack authorization for may be illegal. 3OrbSol is not responsible for consequences arising from unauthorized use.
Paid tiers bill monthly via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. No refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.
VulnLogic minimizes false positives but cannot guarantee complete accuracy or coverage. Findings are provided "as is" and should not replace a comprehensive security program where one is separately required.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
